Gift Vouchers
To purchase a gift voucher, please give us a call on 01954 233279. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue (any vouchers purchased before the December 2022 are valid for 9 months) and each voucher is for 2 people dining. Vouchers can also be collected without postage charges and paid for in person when collecting. Our menu is seasonal and changes accordingly.

Payment is made over the phone unless paying in person when collecting. Vouchers are sent out first class recorded delivery, printed on card with a black envelope embossed with our gold carriages logo.
Our prices will be increasing in August 2023, as costs for products and services used within the hospitality industry continue to rise. In preparation for this, all vouchers purchased from the 2nd of May 2023 will be priced with the updated prices and valid for 12 months.
Voucher Extension Service:
We are now offering a new voucher extension service, this service is available for any vouchers that are due to expire within the next 3 months of their expiry.
If you would like to extend your voucher, depending on if your voucher is within the conditions of extension, we are currently offering the following two options;
- 6 month extension (£10 fee)
- 12 month extension (£20 fee)
Both extension options will start from your current expiry date printer on your voucher.
Voucher extensions are not transferable to separate vouchers and are non-refundable. Please note any vouchers that have expired that were purchased before the 1st of May 2023, will not be valid for booking with the extension conditions without paying the additional price increase for our menu options when booking from August 2023.
We will need to record details for the extension and there is a maximum of two extensions permitted per voucher.
Terms & Conditions
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue (any vouchers purchased before the December 2022 are valid for 9 months) and it is the responsibility of the voucher holder to ensure that the experience is booked before the expiry date of the voucher (the date booked for the experience must be on a date within the vouchers valid time frame). Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be changed or upgraded once purchased and sent out in the post. These terms and conditions govern the contract under which Carriages of Cambridge will supply the gift voucher to you. A voucher will be deemed to be invalid if it is out of date (the validity date is clearly stated on the voucher). Gift vouchers have no money value and can only be exchanged for food goods on our premises.
Gift vouchers are dispatched by first class Signed-for Royal Mail to the address provided by the purchaser. We will not be liable for any cost or loss or inconvenience suffered due to delayed or lost mail. Vouchers are non-refundable once purchased.
Once a voucher has passed it’s date of expiry it is no longer valid under any circumstances unless a voucher extension has been confirmed via our voucher extension service. No refunds will be given on expired vouchers.
