A message from the Carriages team

Thank you to everyone who has taken time to review Carriages of Cambridge, and especially those of you who have raved about us.

The Carriages team and I have been, and still are, striving to make everyone’s experience as enjoyable as possible, both with the surroundings and the Traditional Afternoon Tea offerings.

We hope that you have found the time you have spent with us, both nostalgic and at a slower pace, something that we all seemed to have lost with modern life. Unfortunately, especially on busier days, larger parties have experienced slightly longer serving times than we would like, this is something that we are conscious of and trying to remedy.

We appreciate your views, and constructive criticism, however it would be more helpful that if anybody has a problem, to voice their concerns at the time, (as was common place before social media) for example; if you would like more, or feel that your tea is not hot enough, or you would like another scone, with extra jam or cream, please ask the waitress or waiter who I know, would be more than happy to oblige.
